TERMS OF COMBAT

WOW Locks LLC provides professional locksmith services including, but not limited to:

• Residential locksmith services (lockouts, rekeying, lock installation)
• Commercial locksmith services (business lockouts, access control, master key systems)
• Automotive locksmith services (car lockouts, key replacement, transponder programming)
• Emergency locksmith services (24/7 response, after-hours lockouts)

All services are performed by licensed, insured technicians. Service availability is subject to technician availability, weather conditions, and geographic coverage area.

The flat-rate guarantee applies when:

• You receive a price quote from our dispatcher before the technician arrives
• The job scope matches the description provided during quoting
• No additional work is requested or required beyond the original scope

If the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described, we will provide a revised quote and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept:

• Cash
• Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
• Digital payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Zelle)

Payment must be collected at the time of service. We do not offer payment plans or deferred billing for standard residential or automotive services. Commercial accounts may request invoice terms by contacting us in advance.

WOW Locks LLC primarily serves the state of Texas, with coverage across major metropolitan areas including Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, and El Paso, as well as their surrounding suburbs.

Service availability at specific locations is subject to technician availability at the time of your call. We will inform you immediately if we cannot serve your location and will make every effort to refer you to a reputable licensed alternative.

You may cancel a service call at no charge if you contact us before a technician is dispatched to your location. Once a technician has been dispatched and is en route:

• Cancellations within 15 minutes of technician arrival may incur a trip charge
• The trip charge, if applicable, will be communicated at dispatch
• No cancellation fees apply for commercial account service calls cancelled 2+ hours in advance

WOW Locks LLC carries full liability insurance and is bonded. Our liability for service-related damage is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the directly affected property, not to exceed the total amount paid for the service.

We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to locks, doors, or vehicles
• Indirect or consequential damages arising from service delays
• Loss of contents of secured areas
• Damages resulting from owner-provided hardware installed at owner's request

To report a damage claim, contact us within 48 hours of service completion.

WOW Locks LLC holds a valid Texas Locksmith License issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety. All work is performed by or under the direct supervision of licensed personnel in accordance with Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1702.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
