An office that wants to replace physical keys with fob or card access, because a departing employee did not return keys, needs the doors assessed first. How We Save Your Day
The Hero Protocol
- Step 1
Call and describe
Describe the business type, lock brand if you know it, and the situation. The dispatcher quotes lockouts and rekeys from the rate card, and arranges a site visit for custom work like access control.
- Step 2
Quote confirmed and dispatch
For lockout and rekey calls the price is confirmed before dispatch. For master key and access control projects, the site visit comes first and the custom quote follows.
- Step 3
Technician on site
Ask for an estimated arrival time on the call. Arrival depends on distance, traffic and where the nearest technician is.
- Step 4
Secured and documented
Work is completed, tested and documented. The technician reviews the invoice line by line with you, and any change in scope is explained and approved by you before work continues.

Austin, TX
Exceptional customer service! I found myself in an embarrassing/unfortunate situation in which I was locked out of both my vehicle AND my home. Miguel responded quickly and in the short time frame of his commute over to my home, a fellow neighbor was able to help me get back in. Even after I let Miguel know, he still stopped by to make sure everything was good. That alone speaks to the level of care this team brings.

Terrific service. I locked myself out of the house on a Friday night. After reaching out to them, they gave a reasonable quote and a good quick ETA. The responding technician showed up within about 25 min and got me in without any damages or hidden fees. I would definitely recommend them.

We needed three cabinets opened. It was a Thursday and the large company we usually use could not get out until the following Thursday. Wow came out the next day. The cabinets had to be rekeyed and they came out right away when the keys arrived.
